Fiori di zucca che farciremo con mozzarella e acciughe, li tufferemo in una pastella leggera e li renderemo croccanti friggendoli nell’ olio bollente.

Ingredienti Ricetta

  • 200 g (12 pezzi) di fiori di zucca
  • 120 g di mozzarella
  • 12 filetti (25 g) di acciughe
  • 60 g (1 medio) di uova
  • 100 g di farina bianca di tipo 00
  • 200 ml di acqua
  • 1 pizzico di sale
  • 700 ml circa di olio per friggere o di olio di arachide
